Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into the ramrod by any means available.
2. Open the Operations Command terminal.
3. Note that the game freezes up for multiple seconds as it attempts to load the UI.

Explanation

Every time the Operations Command terminal is opened for the first time after the ramrod is loaded into, the game freezes for multiple seconds before loading the UI.

This happens every time the ramrod is reloaded. Disbanding the team, the first load-in after launching the game, returning to the ramrod after a mission, whatever. This also happens for both host and client.

Game is installed in an SSD. Specifically on the same drive as windows itself, if that helps.
