Data Terminal Unsolvable with Wrong Answers on One Side

Steps to Reproduce

1. Activate data terminal
2. Observe that one of the sides is entirely made up of wrong answers
3. Choose an incorrect answer and verify that the terminal refreshes but does not provide the correct answer
4. Ignore the terminal and proceed with the mission

Explanation

Data terminal gave impossible answers - Depth 1, level 4, complexity 1, solo play. Data terminal gave correct answer on left side, but right side entirely consists of wrong answers. Terminal is unsolvable, refreshing answers with a wrong choice does not result in a correct answer. Keeps occuring on same side. Unsure what is the cause other than simply getting unlucky with a bug.
