Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a run in Fungus Bogs
2. Ping mushrooms over and over
3. Note that Omega will never once respond, even though he used to

Explanation

Omega voicelines for pinging mushrooms don't seem to work anymore, and don't play no matter how much you ping one.
