Steps to Reproduce

  1. Ascend your first Reclaimer (I used Falconer)
  2. Observe toasts
  3. Check loadout
  4. Bio-Booster Decks are still locked

Explanation

After ascending my first Reclaimer (Falconer), I got the notification that "Bio-Booster Decks are available for Falconer". But in the Loadout menu, it says I need 2 Ascended Reclaimers. I suspect this might be an artifact from a previous change.
