Tutorial Equipment Crate Lockup After Graphics Settings Change

Steps to Reproduce

1. I called the drone to unlock the crate in the tutorial.
2. While waiting for it to be done, I decided to adjust some graphical settings.
3. I enabled VSYNC.
4. Turned on Nvidia DLSS.
5. Changed my resolution to be 4k by going into a windowed mode instead of full screen.
6. Now I can't seem to interact with the gear crate in any way despite being told what button to press and it doing nothing.

Explanation

Trying to unlock the equipment crate in the tutorial. Will not allow me to go further, the crate appears locked still, the drone was called to help with it, but the on screen instructions still want me to interact with the crate. Presumably to get outfitted with my starting gear.
