Steps to Reproduce

1. Obtain CQC Protocol artifact
2. Obtain Fusion Rod Devestator Pistol as a secondary weapon
3. Notice the bonus is not correctly applied

Explanation

The artifact CQC Protocol does not work properly with the Devestator Pistol with the Fusion Rod upgrade. The melee damage bonus was not being calculated correctly as I shot the weapon (see the attached clip and note the percentage on the right side of the screen).
