Steps to Reproduce

1. Purchased all of the Slicer perks
2. Did a run as Guardian
3. Went to go upgrade his perk slots to find myself unable to upgrade them.

Explanation

After purchasing my last perk slot for Slicer I became unable to purchase any other perk slot on any other charcters.
