Steps to Reproduce

  1. Playing solo
  2. As Retcon
  3. Reaching zero hp
  4. During a grab animation

Explanation

While in a grabbed animation by an enemy the Retcon Classes Contingency Plan ability did not trigger, causing the mission to fail.
