Explanation

Got launched after taking resupply and instantly died and was stuck ontop of large decorative pipes. Teammate used antigrav to revive me, but while reviving retcon ability was somehow toggled. Upon cancelling ability, was stuck in bugged state where was down with 0 hp and could not move around, but had armor and could look around and shoot, with some limitations on aiming angle. Could not be revived by teammate and mission softlocked on everyone else going down
