Steps to Reproduce

1. Went into a random U.S. east all maps server
2. Didn't remember the server ID

Explanation

Entire server frozen. I went in to a U.S. East server and everything was frozen. I could still walk, shoot and reload but the vehicles in use like the apache were frozen in the sky. You couldn't enter a vehicle or throw a grenade and every bullet you shot froze in the air. You could still see player but they were folded in half and in the ground.
