Post-match menu appears at significant distance after server shutdown

Steps to Reproduce

1. Wait for a server to close down at the end of a match.
2. The menu may be at an inaccessible range once the server closes.

Explanation

The server I was playing on closed at the end of the match instead of swapping us to a new map. However, when the server closed, the error window that usually appears was so far away that I could not interact with it in order to go back to the main menu. Re-centering did not help, and I could not interact with the menu from a distance.

I'm not sure if server or client-side player positioning even affects the menu, but I do notice that just before server shutdown, I'm placed into a strange point on the game map: Like, in the middle of the ocean on Paradise. I'm talking like split-second, one or two frames, then it drops me to the error menu. I can't do anything but guess, but I'd assume I'm getting placed into an odd spot in the server post-game, and then the error menu's opening at 0,0,0 or wherever it's at - but I'm still standing wherever I got dumped randomly on the server, nowhere near the menu.
