Steps to Reproduce

  1. Observe random occurrences coinciding with server lags and stutters.
  2. Experience the issue frequently with all guns on the assault class.

Explanation

Guns randomly become stuck where you can't reload and the shooting sound gets really glitchy while doing zero damage.
