Ammunition Supply Resupply Issues and UI Conflict with Infrared Laser

Steps to Reproduce

1. Observe the Support's ammo box failing to resupply C4 and drones properly consistently.
2. Note that sometimes the Support's ammo box resupplys C4 or drones normally.
3. Note that other times the Support's ammo box does not resupply C4 or drones at all.
4. Observe that the only way to fix the resupply issue is to redeploy/commit suicide and respawn.
5. Use the 870 with an infrared laser attached.
6. Attempt to chamber/eject a shell while using the 870 with the infrared laser.
7. Observe that the button to chamber/eject a shell conflicts with the button to toggle the infrared laser.
8. Observe that the infrared laser constantly turns off while chambering a round during a gunfight.

Explanation

The ammunition supply for the ammunition soldiers was consistently unable to resupply C4 and drones.
