Steps to Reproduce

1. I don’t know what’s causing it, all I know is that he can’t fix it

Explanation

One of my friends keeps on getting their game crashed EVERY time they enter a match, it also crashes when he enters the training grounds, he even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but his game keeps crashing anyways. (doesn’t even give the support code, just crashes)
