Regression of:	#706 Medic revive function not working post-update This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Closed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Revive function not working
2. Despite fully charged defrib

Explanation

Unable to perform revive as a medic . Downed players were able to be revived bybother medic. But not by me. Bug reported previously.
