Steps to Reproduce

1. Place your hand deep inside the front box where the manual horn would normally be
2. You know it worked if you hear a consistent beep sound
3. Massive frame drops occur as well as all in-game ticks being frozen for the whole server

Explanation

Way to lag the entire server using the ATV (this is a big bad one). Freezes all ticks and can be manually stopped and started essentially making the game unplayable for as long as it's active. I'm the only one who knows this is possible and I don't want anyone abusing it if they find out about it.
