Explanation
CLIENT HAS SHUT DOWN: SERVER INTERNAL ERROR
Error occurs after getting kicked from your game, this has happened both in quickplay and competitive. Bug has also made it impossible to join quickplay while searching for competitive match, while searching, party members will get put into quickplay while you are stuck in the lobby with a rejoin game button that does not work.
