Steps to Reproduce
- Hit the obsession while in feral frenzy
- Wait for cool down to end
- Hit the same survivor while in feral frenzy and it won't activate
Explanation
Dark devotion won't activate on the same survivor multiple times in a row while using feral frenzy on legion
