Actual Result:	Dead hard works only when i stop running.
Expected Result:	dead hard should work while running.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get Hooked.
2. attempt to run and use dead hard.
3. it doesnt work, stop and walk, and then hit e and use dead hard

Explanation

NOT ABLE TO DEAD HARD WHILE RUNNING. SEEMS TO ACTIVATEW AFTER STOPPING AND WILL ONLY WORK IF STOP RUNNING. this is an extremely frustrating bug.
