Additional Notes & Comments:	I had already crossed outside the exit gate and the escape sound effect played, but The Executioner’s power still trapped me in an iron cage.

Complete all generators and open the exit gates
Have The Executioner use his power to down a survivor, then let this survivor crawl to the edge of the exit gate.
Next, have another nearby survivor heal the downed survivor for about 2 seconds.
Stop healing, and let the downed survivor crawl toward the exit gate.
At this moment, The Executioner needs to quickly press the power button to trap the survivor in an iron cage. This triggers the bug where the survivor cannot escape through the exit gate.
