Steps to Reproduce

1. I just got out of the Charlotte with Victor.
2. Now I can't play anymore.

Explanation

I was playing as The Twins; when I started controlling Victor, I couldn't pounce on the survivors, nor could I control Charlotte—the commands weren't working.
So, I quit the match and ended up with a 15-minute matchmaking ban.
