Steps to Reproduce

1. Cause a Survivor to be tortured
2. Have that Survivor have endurance
3. Hit them with a non-fully lethal toy
4. Notice they have the outline that usually only fully terrified Survivors have
5. Down them with a basic attack or a fully lethal toy
6. Notice that they are terrified

Explanation

I hit a tortured Survivor who had endurance with a toy. They then had that outline following them, that usually only terrified Survivors have. I then downed them with a M1 and could torture them as if they were terrified (I did not have Allie's Scalp equipped.)
