Additional Notes & Comments:	Why state in the announcement that we can do this but then silently not provide the option to actually do it?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into a match
2. Open the match info panel that shows the survivors and their perks
3. No option anywhere to mute anyone.

Explanation

It was my understanding with the intention wheel that you could mute players during a match if they were spamming or just using it for non-sense, but I don't appear to have the option to mute these players anywhere. I like the intention wheel when used properly, but when players misuse it then it's just distracting.
