The Solidarity buffs from patch 10.2.0 have been reverted on the 10.3.0 PTB, meaning the percentage was lowered from 75% back to 70% and it also no longer works with medkits. In the attached video I was trying out the combo of Solidarity + the new perk Best Gift Ever and was healed to 95% instead of 100% because Solidarity was reverted back to 70%. (Also not sure if this is intended to have diminishing returns or not but even if it did it then should've been 87.5% and you can tell from the video I had more progress than that.)

Steps to Reproduce
- Equip Solidarity
- Heal another survivor from 0% to 100%
- You will only get 70% healing progress instead of 75%
