Steps to Reproduce

1. Get downed by art the clown in mall map
2. Character may get stuck in place when slugged

Explanation

There is a Bug in the Terrifier ptb chapter that causes character to be stuck in place where they are downed. Only happens occasionally, seems to be primarily on upper floors but have has it happen on a lower floor once. Not sure if its an art problem or a mall map problem
