Steps to Reproduce

1. A broken pallet is needed to rebuild it as a fragile pallet
2. Drop the pallet (can be dropped on the killer if needed)
3. Try running away
4. After a few seconds, you received the hindered status even though the pallet is broken

Explanation

Knock Out slowness still applies to the survivor if you use a fragile pallet with the perk "Apocalyptic Ingenuity"
