Steps to Reproduce

1. Play survivor
2. Touch a gen that's been Dragon Grip'ed
3. Get downed
4. Look at your status effects
5. Get hooked and unhooked within the minute
6. Look at your status effects

Explanation

Exposed from Dragon's Grip doesn't disappear after being downed.

I was downed with Dragon's Grip exposed, hooked, and after being unhooked I was still exposed. So theoretically the killer could've downed me twice in one minute with one Exposed effect.
I think it Exposed status effect should disappear after being downed.
