Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a Survivor with Scene Partner
2. Have the Survivor activate the Scream condition
3. See if the Killer cannot hear the Screams

Explanation

The screams from a Survivor with an Active Scene Partner sometimes are not audible from the Killer's POV. The Survivor's screams occur but the Killer cannot hear it.
