Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in
2. Go to survivor
3. Select charm Potion of Last resort
4. Look at it equipped on select survivor
5. Bottle is empty

Explanation

Charm: Potion of Last Resorts is bugged to where the "potion" in the bottle does not appear when its equipped on a survivor. It will appear im the bottle on zoom in view to view the entire charm; the rift pass or charm inventory but not when equipped on a survivor.
