Explanation

After loading into a haunt by daylight match as survivor, I swapped out my flashlight for a medkit before the match started. When I loaded into the match, it showed the flashlight being in my hand but when I got hit it, it showed me being able to heal with my medkit. Very confusing. Physically I was holding a flashlight, but it also said I had a medkit. It only showed my medkit as being my item when I held down R2. (See video clip)
