Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Customize Banner section of Player Profile after the 'Smile, Pumpkin' banner is unlocked from Twitch drops.
2. Attempt to equip the banner by pressing 'Equip'.
3. Observe that every other banner in your inventory equips when the equip button is pressed except for this one.

Explanation

The new "Smile, Pumpkin" banner from the current Twitch drops doesn't seem to be able to be equipped.
