3. Select ghoul
4. Go to loadout
5. Select perk
6. Search for hex: No one can escape death

Explanation

Hex: No One Escapes Death (NOED) is missing from The Ghoul’s perk inventory. I initially thought this might be because I purchased The Ghoul recently. However, I also purchased The Oni two days ago, and NOED is available on him. The perk appears on my other killers but is completely missing when I search for it on The Ghoul. This issue has persisted for several days, even after restarting the game multiple times. Since NOED is available on my other killers, I believe this may be a bug specific to The Ghoul.
