Can you follow up with me to see if this is just an issue as using M4 to run? because I don't really see anyone else encountering this issue, and it is ONLY for doctor. this has happened every game with him so far on my pc. I'm using a razer viper ultimate mouse. it's not just for the hallween event, it happens in regular games too. thank you for your help!

Steps to Reproduce
- I am being chased by Doctor
- He is charging up his regular shock ability (does not happen with Static Blast)
- I am forced to slow run even though I am holding run (in my case, M4)
Explanation
When Doctor is charging up his shock, I'm no longer able to run fast and it slows me down considerably. I use M4 as my running button.
