Steps to Reproduce

1. perk loadout
2. residual manifest
3. ace in the h***
4. background player
5. plot twist
6. item brought into trial
7. common fog vial with -5 seconds cooldown attachment in first slot
8. multiple maps (I have other screenshots than the one posted)

Explanation

when going into a trial with a fog vial and then searching chests to get a flashlight using residual manifest later on in the trial. i would multiple times see the indicator to use right click to activate my fog vial and release fog. and then when i would go to use said flashlight (it would show the indicator when i had flashlight equipped) it would stutter for a moment before using the flashlight. often not having impact on gameplay
