Expected Result:	If there is going to be an error, it should have a proper error string

Additional Notes & Comments:	The acutal Too Many Requests error could be solved by just waiting, or leaving the menu and returning.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the "Redeem" menu from the in-game store
2. Redeem several promo codes in a row, for example the several pride badge/charm codes
3. Enter a valid code that hasn't been redeemed yet and click "Redeem"
