Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as The Ghoul on the Toba landing map then go to the top of the main building.
2. Go to the edge of the drop off overlooking the stairs.
3. Aim the Kagune leap at the tip of the solar panel of your left.
4. Once you use the ability you should be stuck on a corner and unable to move.
5. This does take some tries to redo the bug.

Explanation

I found a spot in the Toba landing map where you can get stuck and can't move as a killer.
