Steps to Reproduce

1. Get a hooked survivor trapped to be healed by another survivor.
2. The healing survivor then heals the trapped survivor, and another survivor stuns the killer while actively being healed.
3. An issue should occur.

Explanation

I was healing this guy who had a trap on, while healing him he dropped the pallet on the killer ( pig ) and then the trap icon teleported onto me? ( I had zero hooks, and no trap on ) and then when I got hooked ( the killer put the trap on me ) the trap activated while on hook and when I was unhooked the timer kept going but then suddenly disappeared despite me having a trap on ?? ( the trap was never activated the entire time )
