Explanation

Cape and/ or skirts of survivors keep glitching violently after getting picked up by the killer. I've had this happen to me multiple times on different survivors (Orela, Taurie, Kate) and beside it being really annoying it also greatly impacts gameplay, especially during chases. (I can also imagine players with epilepsy might have problems with this)
