End Game Chat Misplaces Arabic Script Names

Expected Result:	Text should be on the left like normal as its not really supporting arabic as it does not show it

Additional Notes & Comments:	Just noticed this oddity in the end game chat. Nothing major but its still odd and maybe should not work like that.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a player in the game with arabic script name
2. They leave after the match
3. Observe that the placement of the text is on the right side of the chat

Explanation

End game chat acts oddly with names writen with arabic script. It placed the name after left text on the left side of the end game chat. I know this is because arabic script is writen from right to left but it just looks odd that "left" text is on the left side of it.
