have a survivor be on the other side on a fence/wall/tile and they can heal

Explanation

Survivors can heal through walls and other objects including solid walls or tiles as it shows a heal prompt, this can be from dying state or just injured in general and is possible on any/every map. We tested this in a custom match after being sent a tiktok of people using the exploit.
