Steps to Reproduce

1. Open game
2. Wait till dynamic downloading thins appears
3. Then wait forever lol
4. I hate this

Explanation

Constantly downloading dynamic content (always downloaing around 100-200mb for some odd reasons), this issue happened since last update with Judgement release, very annoying, is it not saving downloading or what? Wasn't like that before Judgement release, always instantly getting to main menu back then
