Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip ONE-TWO-THREE-FOUR!
2. Play against The Doctor
3. Activate perk
4. Stand still and succeed all skill checks

Explanation

After activating the perk ONE-TWO-THREE-FOUR! while playing against The Doctor, the performance will randomly terminate after a few seconds and put the perk on cooldown without any buff gained.
This occurs even when all skill checks are successful, the player does not move, the player has not reached Madness Tier 3 or has no Madness at all, and The Doctor is not using his power on or near the player performing.
