Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a teammate have sole survivor
2. Have them be eliminated
3. Effect will apply

Explanation

Sole survivor will trigger for survivors even after the survivor has been removed from the match.

This can provide game losing scenarios that cannot be controlled by the killer.
