- Activate Potential Energy on any Generator
- Hit a great Skill Check with Potential Energy actively collecting Stacks
Explanation
Potential Energy Perk deactivates after hitting a Great Skill Check on repairing a Generator. The Animation is still playing while you gain Progress on the Generator and dont gain any more Stacks. This happens despite not reaching the maximum amount of 20 Stacks.
