Steps to Reproduce

1. Pick the Lich
2. Use the Flight of the D*****
3. Not necessarily but most often down a survivor

Explanation

While playing The Lich, I sometimes notice that after using one of his abilities, more specifically Flight of the D*****, my crosshair suddenly flickers onto a Survivor and then returns to its original position almost immediately, within a few milliseconds.
This happens around 2–3 times per game on average. I notice it most often after downing a Survivor, although it has also happened when I completely missed the Survivor with the ability.
