Steps to Reproduce

1. On Decimated Borgo as Knight, place Jailer near a survivor doing a generator.
2. The Jailer is unavailable for the rest of the match.
3. His banner stays on the ground near the generator.
4. Survivor don't seem to be able to see it.

Explanation

I ran into issues during my last online match playing as The Knight. I was on the "Decimated Borgo" map and used my power to send The Jailer on a Patrol; he subsequently initiated a Hunt on a survivor who was repairing a generator. However, I noticed that the ability's cooldown/recharge icon appeared glitched after use, and even after some time had passed, the power remained unusable. When I returned to the spot where I had originally activated the power, I saw the banner still planted on the ground, but The Jailer was nowhere to be found, and the power to summon him was unavailable.
