Steps to Reproduce

1. Friend and you were able to consistently recreate the bug in custom games
2. Try to use Viral Bound of Mastermind on a Survivor
3. The Survivor must be currently doing an Invocation
4. The Survivor has to be currently sitting

Explanation

Wesker Cant seem to interrupt Survivors doing invocations in the Basement.
