Actual Result:	No animation before the Fog VFX from using the Fog Vial plays, with the fog simply showing up without an animation.
Expected Result:	An animation should play when using the Fog Vial in a trial.

Additional Notes & Comments:	Video clip attached is the Killer POV of the Fog Vial Animation Bug, showing that the animation is entirely missing. The animation should also be missing from the survivor POV as well.

Steps to Reproduce

Select the Survivor role and select any survivor to play as.
Equip a Fog Vial of any rarity with any addons.
Queue into a match of survivor.
Once loaded in, activate the Fog Vial and unleash the fog.

Explanation

Fog Vial Activation/Use Animation Missing

Says on the tin, the animation when a survivor uses a Fog Vial in a trial is completely missing on current patch. Consistent across all survivors, and can be extremely disorienting for both the survivor and killer.
