Additional Notes & Comments:	This is EXTREMELY limiting to Sadako as its a huge part of her kit when playing against more coordinated survivors.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into a match in the ptb as onyro
2. teleport a few times
3. see how no matter what survivor huds are not lighting up

Explanation

Onyro's condemn applying no longer lights up the hud which kills a lot of her macro/ map pressure as you can no longer tell where survivors might be based off the hud
