On survivor it works normal no bug its just on killer

Explanation
Dead by daylight killer matchmaking fakls with connection error it keeps giving me same error on survivor mode it works perfect b*** killer almost always fails to connect please fix it i tried on my xbox one and on my ps5 pro it kept giving me the same error
